We will have an onboarding Call where we gather your information, goals, and lifestyle.
We set you up with a tracking assignment, you write down everything you eat for 1 week.
After that week we will have a 2nd Consultation where I break down your diet and go over your calories/Macros/and holes in your micronutrients.
We then give you a set of goals and any relevant resources that will help you CONQURE your dreams.
